These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jitu26 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player", "the Member") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services provided at https://jitu26.click and any associated mobile interfaces or sub-platforms operated under the jitu26 brand.

jitu26 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players primarily located in Malaysia, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, Penang, and other cities and towns throughout the country. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an account on jitu26, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. jitu26 strictly does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any of its gambling services. This applies regardless of the legal age of majority in any given jurisdiction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to enter into agreements.
3. Personal Account Only: You may only register one account in your own legal name. Registration on behalf of another person, under a fictitious identity, or using another person's identity documents is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
4. Non-Excluded Status: You must not be self-excluded from jitu26 or any other gambling platform through any active exclusion agreement or regulatory restriction.
5. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your account are legally owned by you and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

Each registered User is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including but not limited to the abuse of bonuses, circumvention of limits, or evasion of account restrictions — is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. This information must match your official identity documents. Providing inaccurate information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jitu26 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jitu26 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, jitu26 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or bank account in your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. jitu26 processes KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits

jitu26 accepts deposits via multiple Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. jitu26 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 live chat support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. We aim to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for standard accounts and within 10 minutes for Gold VIP tier and above.

• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• jitu26 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal amounts exceeding MYR 10,000 within a 24-hour period.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours may be subject to processing delays not attributable to jitu26.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address registered on your account. jitu26 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by the User.

jitu26 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

1. Each bonus is applicable to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Bonuses may only be used for their intended purpose and game categories as specified in the offer. Using bonus funds on restricted games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain uncleared at expiry will be removed from your account.
4. During any active bonus period, the maximum bet per spin or hand is RM25 unless the offer specifically states a different limit. Exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in voiding the bonus.
5. Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting contribute between 5% and 20% as specified in each offer's specific terms.
6. jitu26 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted and in progress by registered players.

6.2 VIP Loyalty Programme

jitu26 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond). Tier-specific perks including cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and withdrawal speeds are detailed on the Platform. VIP tier membership is assessed based on monthly net wagering turnover and is subject to periodic review. jitu26 reserves the right to adjust tier membership based on wagering activity, account standing, and compliance with these Terms.

6.3 Birthday Bonus

The birthday bonus is available to players whose account identity has been KYC-verified and whose date of birth on file matches official documentation. The bonus is credited within 48 hours of the verified birthday date. Birthday bonus amounts vary by VIP tier from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (Diamond and above). Standard wagering requirements apply.

All games available on jitu26 are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game's outcome and payout calculation.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All electronic games on jitu26 utilise certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") systems sourced from our licensed game studio partners. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure provably fair and unpredictable outcomes. Historical game results do not influence future outcomes in any RNG-based game.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting lines, including pre-match and in-play markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other sporting events, are subject to the Operator's right to suspend or void markets in cases of irregular betting patterns, match abandonment, data feed errors, or force majeure events. Void bets are returned as stake refunds to the player's account balance.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game, per round, and per market as displayed in the game or betting interface. These limits may vary by VIP tier and may be adjusted by the Operator at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for confirming applicable limits before placing wagers.

7.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay, jitu26 shall not be liable for any loss of data, interrupted games, or game outcomes that cannot be verified. Interrupted game rounds will generally be cancelled and the stake returned to the player's account. jitu26 decisions on malfunction outcomes are final.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jitu26 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, chip dumping, and collusion
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation
• Placing bets on behalf of individuals under the age of 21
• Attempting to reverse completed transactions through unauthorised chargebacks
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account

jitu26 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. We provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Changes to limits take effect immediately when reducing and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increasing.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications may be set to remind players of their net gaming outcome and time elapsed at regular intervals.

jitu26 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms
2. Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
3. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
4. Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority
5. Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of RM10 per month may be applied after 12 months of inactivity, subject to applicable law
6. At the Operator's sole discretion where continued association with a player is deemed contrary to the commercial or reputational interests of jitu26

Where an account is terminated by jitu26 for reasons other than breach, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees or bonuses subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion unless explicitly requested. All bonuses and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitu26 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

jitu26 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of services, for which jitu26 shall not be liable.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the Operator.

All content on the jitu26 Platform — including but not limited to the jitu26 brand name, logo, graphic designs, interface layouts, software code, databases, game assets, promotional materials, text, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jitu26 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from jitu26.

Unauthorised use of jitu26's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or reproducing any part of the Platform — is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

jitu26 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jitu26 is used for purposes including account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and (where consent has been given) marketing communications. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Requests can be directed to our support team at the contact details provided in Section 16.

jitu26 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute, you must follow the process outlined below:

14.1 Internal Resolution

In the first instance, please contact our 24/7 live support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.

14.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 calendar days of initial submission, you may request escalation to our senior compliance team. Provide your original complaint reference number and any additional information relevant to the escalation.

14.3 Game Dispute Integrity

In cases where a dispute relates to the outcome of a specific game round, jitu26 will retrieve the relevant game log and RNG certification data from the game studio provider. Game logs are considered the definitive record of game outcome. Where a studio's certified records confirm an outcome, that determination is final and binding.

jitu26 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — we will publish a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

For non-material or administrative amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10. jitu26 will honour all legitimate outstanding withdrawal requests from closed accounts subject to KYC completion.
